OUR STORY
Nearly 20 years of helping women feel good in what they wear
Rubarb started in 2006 with a single idea, to create a boutique where women could find beautiful clothes, feel comfortable and recieve honest, personal advice.
What began as a love of fashion and a passion for great customer service has grown into a much broader offering, with carefully chosen collectiond, independent brands and styling services including Colour Analysis and Wardrobe Edits.
Over the years, Rubarb has become a trusted part of the Hitchin community, and we’re proud to still be doing what we love; helping women feel confident and happy in what they wear.

Meet Pooja
Fashion has always been a huge part of my life and I opened Rubarb in 2006 to create a boutique where women could feel more welcome, comfortable and inspired.
I love helping my customers find pieces that make them feel good, whether that’s a special outfit, everyday wardrobe staples or a whole new perspective on colour and style.
My approach is simple, honest advice, a relaxed environment and a real focus on what works for you. I want you to leave Rubarb feeling like yourself, just with a little more confidence in what you wear.
